There are many ways to define good customer service, but what it all boils down to is addressing the individual needs of the client, acknowledging that there is seldom a one-size-fits-all solution. Thanks to 10+ years of customer service experience in various settings, finding the right fit for a client has become second nature and figuring out what exactly is the right fit is just as enjoyable to me as when I first started in retail as a teenager. Throughout those years, I’ve come across customers who knew what they’re looking for as well as folks who needed a little help figuring out exactly what they want. Being able to provide that help has always been as satisfying as successfully providing the right product or solution. This sense of satisfaction is what I’ll be aiming for when helping you find a new home.

I know that, when it comes to living in the New York tri-state, different people have different goals in mind. Some people are looking for a place to raise a family, some are looking for career opportunities, and some people are looking for the looking hot spots in the city that never sleeps. As a long time New York resident, having been a student, a working stiff, and a night life “enthusiast” during my stay, I’ve become familiar with the many different facets of our fair city and each borough and how different areas can best meet the needs of perspective renters or buyers.
