My experience through my career has been the Operations, Supply Chain Management area with Customer Service as a priority. I started my career right out of college as a customer service representative handling orders, a lot of phone calls with end users as well as vendor clients. With a lot of practice, I quickly moved up to manager level for Operations, Sales Administration Team. After a number of years, I was asked to be part of a smaller firm as a Sales Manager and New Business Development, handling both sales and trade show duties. I have established and been part of many Operational processes in different companies that have contributed to successful practices to reduce issues and company loss, while maintaining positive relationships and work flow processes in customer service and other operational areas.

Specialties: My specialties lie in the ability to proficiently communicate in Spanish, English and Korean. I am a self driven, highly organized individual that aims for success through cooperative teamwork.
