Use of This Website
You may use this website to search property listings, request a home valuation, and contact us about buying or selling a property. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and about any property you ask us about. Property listings and valuation estimates on this site are provided for informational purposes, are not appraisals, and are subject to change without notice.
No Obligation
Submitting a form on this website, requesting a home valuation, or receiving an estimate from CRUM LLC does not obligate you to buy or sell a property, and does not obligate CRUM LLC to represent you or to transact with you. Any agency relationship is established only by a separate written agreement.
SMS Messaging Program
CRUM LLC operates an SMS text messaging program. Participation is entirely optional.
How you join. You join by submitting a form on crumrealestate.com — the contact form on our home page, our Contact page, our Home Valuation page, or the inquiry form on a property listing — and checking the SMS consent box or boxes on that form. Checking those boxes is optional. You can submit any form on this site, and we will respond to you, without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service.
What we send. There are two separate consents, and you may give either, both, or neither.
Transactional and informational messages, if you check that box. These are messages about your own inquiry — appointment and showing confirmations, updates on an offer or a listing you asked about, document and closing coordination, and replies to questions you send us.
Promotional and marketing messages, if you check that box. These are new and off-market listing alerts matching criteria you gave us, market updates, and occasional offers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and your inquiries.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. CRUM LLC does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to stop. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you sign up again. To rejoin, submit a form on this website again and check the SMS consent box.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at info@crumrealestate.com or (212) 810-2786.
Carriers. Mobile carriers, including wireless carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. The program is available on major US wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Your Information
Your use of this website and of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at crumrealestate.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by CRUM LLC or its licensors, except for property listing data, which is provided by its respective sources and remains subject to their terms. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
